Immunization for School Age Children


FRAMINGHAM, MA - To prevent the spread of disease, immunizations are mandated by the State of Massachusetts for all children before entering school.

Depending on the child's age and grade they are entering a record of having received immunization / vaccination shots or boosters to prevent; diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio, measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis, varicella and other diseases which pose public health risks.

Framinghan residents may obtained immunizations from the Framingham Board of Health at no cost.

The Framingham Board of Health office located within the Memorial Building, (Framingham's Town Hall). Immunizations are provided during the listed office hours. Contact the Board of Health for additional information.

Nurse's Office Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:30-9:30 a.m., 4:00-4:45 p.m.
Evening Hours: Monday 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

TB Testing only done on Mon, Tues, Wed.
