Last Flu Clinic for 2008 Winter

FRAMINGHAM, MA -- Last Flu Clinic of the season is Wednesday, January 9th, 2008 from 5:00pm-8:00pm
at the Parish Hall, St. Tarcisius Church

This Clinic is FREE for Framingham residents, Town retirees, Town employees/family members.

This clinic is OPEN to the general public, ages 9 years/up.
There is a $10.00 fee if you are from out of town.

(There is no charge, if you are 65yr/older and
have your Medicare B/HMO insurance info.)
