Lucky Number Rules

framingham.com is giving away goodie bags with coupons, special offers, informative articles, and giveaways at the Framingham Concerts on the Green and other events throughout the Summer. These goodie bags may have a "lucky number" that may match the number posted on the home page.

Holders of lucky numbers may win a variety of prizes, including gift certificates and giveaways from local companies. Check back to see the prizes available.

The first five people to call in to 508-405-1734 or FAX (508-877-8863) or email that they have Lucky Number 813 or 814 by midnight Sept. 4, 2004 will win a prize. Prizes include the books: A Man, A Can, and A Grill; Mother Knew Best: Advice from Celebrity Moms; pen sets courtesy of S & L Sales, and an American Flag tea light from AtHome America. Winners must either FAX, mail, scan & email, or present in person at a concert their flyer with the lucky number for confirmation.

Eligibility: This contest is offered only in the United States and its territories and only to legal U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age. The contest is sponsored by framingham.com, PO Box 3038, Framingham, MA 01705. By entering this contest, you agree to these official rules and the decisions of framingham.com which are final and binding.

How to enter: : Pick up a special giveaway bag at events held in Framingham during the summer of 2004. Look through the bag's contents for the "lucky number" notice. Check the number against the number posted on framingham.com.

framingham.com is not responsible for lost, delayed, illegible, torn, mutilated, or misdirected entries.

How to claim a prize: If your lucky number matches one posted on framingham.com, please contact framingham.com by email: info@framingham.com or phone: 508-405-1734 or FAX 508-877-8863 for validation and to arrange to receive your prize.

Determination and award of prizes: Winners will be determined by turning in a valid lucky number. Odds of winning are approximately 10 out of 1000. When a valid lucky number is turned in to framingham.com, a prize will be awarded either by mail or in person.

Prizes: All prizes will be awarded except in the eventuality that a prize donor goes out of business, or for some other reason is unable to fulfill the prize. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All taxes on prizes are the responsibility of winners.

For a list of contest winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to framingham.com, PO Box 3038, Framingham, MA 01705-3038 by Sept. 30, 2004. For a copy of official rules, mail a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the above address for receipt by Sept. 30, 2004.

Hold harmless/Disputes: By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to release and hold harmless framingham.com and affiliates and agents from any and all liability with respect to any prize. Any disputes will be resolved in a court in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. The validity, construction, and performance of this agreement entered into by contest entrants shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as if entered into and fully performed in such state.
