ALL 2021 NEW ENGLAND SHAKE-UP EVENTS HAVE BEEN CANCELED<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

FRAMINGHAM, MA<\/strong> - Promoters of the New England Shake-Up<\/strong> and it's host venue, the Framingham Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center<\/strong> have announced that \"unfortunately, due to ongoing health and logistical concerns, there will NOT be a New England Shake-Up in September 2021<\/strong><\/em>\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event, which would have been the 7th annual was scheduled for the weekend of September 24-26, 2021 and was billed to include three days of live music, record hops, a vendors area selling vintage records and other music related goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

2021 Barn Dance Cancelled<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Featured favorites like the \"The Bay State Barn Dance<\/strong>\" music and variety show, and the \"Tune In Picnic<\/strong>\" an outdoor record fair featuring DJ's spinning disks and vintage and quality repros for sale, \"The Pineapple Pounce<\/strong>\" billed as a tropical shindig<\/em> as well as the seminars and talks have all been cancelled and rescheduled to September of 2022 -- and moved to Sturbridge, MA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refunds Offered<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As mentioned, the 2022 New England Shake-Up events will NOT be held in Framingham, MA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All who purchased tickets to the 2021 Shakeup have until 5:00pm EST on October 1st, 2021 to request a refund, after which all outstanding 2021 tickets will automatically be rolled over to the 2022 Shakeup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All hotel reservations made at The Sheraton Framingham<\/a><\/strong> in conjunction with 2021 Shake-Up have also been cancelled, (call the Sheraton at (508) 879-7200 for any questions regarding cancellations).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
