FRAMINGHAM, MA<\/strong> - The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)<\/strong> published information on June 21, 2023 about a \"Voluntary Recall of Specific Frozen Fruit Products Due to Possible Contamination by Listeria monocytogenes<\/strong>\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The recall by Sunrise Growers Inc<\/strong> (a subsidiary of SunOpta Inc)<\/em> includes frozen fruit<\/strong> packaged under several brand names<\/strong> for several grocery retailers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Frozen fruit products at Framingham, MA area retailers including Walmart, Whole Foods, Trader Joe\u2019s, Target <\/strong>and<\/em> Aldi<\/strong> may be subject to recall. See list of the brand names \/ products carried by each retailer below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Walmart: <\/strong>Great Value Mixed Fruit, Great Value Dark Sweet Cherries, and Great Value Mango Chunks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whole Foods:<\/strong> 365 Organic Tropical Fruit Medley, 365 Organic Pineapple Chunks, 365 Pineapple Chunks, 365 Organic Whole Strawberries, 365 Organic Slice Strawberries and Bananas, and 365 Organic Blackberries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trader Joe\u2019s: <\/strong>Trader Joe\u2019s Organic Tropical Fruit Blend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Target: <\/strong>Good & Gather Organic Cherries and Berries Fruit Blend, Good & Gather Dark Sweet Whole Pitted Cherries, Good & Gather Mango Strawberry Blend, Good & Gather Mixed Fruit Blend, Good & Gather Mango Chunks, Good & Gather Blueberries, and Good & Gather Triple Berry Blend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aldi:<\/strong> Season\u2019s Choice Tropical Blend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
