The project is designed to add <strong>379 megawatt hours <\/strong>to the California grid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>July 10, 2023<\/strong> - <strong>Ameresco <\/strong>announced contract signing for a significant battery energy storage asset in partnership with <strong>United Power<\/strong>, an electric cooperative serving the <strong>Colorado<\/strong> northern Front Range. The groundbreaking asset installation entails a multiple site, <strong>78.3 MW, 313.34 MWh battery storage system<\/strong>. These battery arrays will empower United to store and dispatch power efficiently during periods of high consumption to optimize energy resources, enhance grid resilience, and ensure a reliable electricity supply for their customers.
