a duck for $5, or a flock of (5) for $20!<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>FRAMINGHAM, MA<\/strong> - The Framingham Rotary Club will be holding it's <strong>Framingham Daze Family Fair<\/strong> and the much anticipated <strong>Duck Race<\/strong> on <strong>Saturday June 12<\/strong>, 2010 from <strong>11:00am until 4:00pm<\/strong> at <strong>Butterworth Park<\/strong>, <em>(located at the corner of  Grant St. and Bishop St.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Money raised by the Framingham Rotary Club has been donated to improving Butterworth Park including installation of new playground equipment, a gazebo and more over the past few years.\u00a0 Improvements to Butterworth Park are\u00a0 one of the many worthwhile, local, charitable works funded by the club.<\/p>\n<p>The Framingham Daze Family Fair will <!--more-->have something for everyone;\u00a0 a moonwalk, a dunk tank, pony rides, hay ride and petting zoo, face painting and temporary tattoos, local crafts, a bingo tent and food booths along the festival midway.\u00a0 A 5k race, vehicle show and tug of war competitions are also planned for the day.<\/p>\n<p>The highlight of this year's Fair is the <strong>4:00pm \"Duck Race\"<\/strong>.\u00a0 Actually, unlike previous years when the <em>rubber duckies<\/em> were floated down the Sudbury River to a finish line, this year the ducks will be placed in the<em> bouncy house<\/em> at the fair, and local children will pick random ducks for the 1st place prize: <strong>a Trip for (4) to Disney World<\/strong>, the 2nd place prize: <strong>a Garmin GPS<\/strong>, and the 3rd place prize: <strong>Dinner for (4) at Ken's Steakhouse<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>For more information about Framingham Daze and Family Fair, visit the event's website at: <a title=\"Framingham Rotary Club's Framingham Daze Family Fair, June 12, 2010\" href=\"http:\/\/www.framinghamdaze.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">www.framinghamdaze.org<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">###<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FRAMINGHAM, MA &#8211;
