Kennedy Community Health Center, Inc. at 354 Waverly St, Framingham, MA, (Google Earth view)<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>FRAMINGHAM, MA<\/strong> - A legal notice issued by the MA Dept. of Transportation indicates that Framingham Building Inspector Michael F. Foley, has requested the Massachusetts Department of Transportation conduct a hearing to determine whether a building permit shall be issued to the Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center, Inc., <em>(formerly Great Brook Valley Health Center)<\/em>, for construction of an addition to an existing office building located at 354 Waverly Street in Framingham.<\/p>\n<p>The hearing is required under <a title=\"MGL Ch. 40, Sec. 54A\" href=\"http:\/\/www.malegislature.gov\/laws\/generallaws\/parti\/titlevii\/chapter40\/section54a\" target=\"_blank\">Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40 Section 54A<\/a>, (which has to do with construction on land formerly used as a railway), as the parcel<!--more--> includes part of the properties of the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>hearing will take place on March 8, 2011 at 11:00 a.m.<\/strong> at the Department of Transportation, Ten Park Plaza, Suite 4160 Boston, MA 02116.
