See below for more info.<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>FRAMINGHAM, MA<\/strong> - According to the <strong>2011 Business Loan Detail for Masssachusetts<\/strong> published by the <strong>U.S. Small Business Administration<\/strong>, <em>(\"SBA\")<\/em>, Framingham business owners have been approved to receive approximately $2.5 Million in SBA backed loans for 2011.<\/p>\n<p>The SBA does not <em>lend<\/em> money to small businesses -- instead the agency establishes programs and\u00a0 guidelines and then <em>guarantees repayment of loans<\/em> made by local commercial lenders to SBA approved small business owners.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>Some of the businesses to make the 2011 list<!--more--> include:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Installations Plus, Inc.<\/strong>,\u00a0<em>(Flooring Contractor)<\/em>, <strong>$100k,<\/strong> approved 10\/08\/2010.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Patruno Landscaping, Inc.<\/strong>,\u00a0<em> (Landscaping Service)<\/em>, <strong>$50k<\/strong>, approved 10\/29\/2010.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>R &amp;
