Please do so in advance so activities can be scheduled  effectively and in the appropriate space.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~<\/p>\n<p><strong>New Member Orientation Meetings<\/strong> are held the 2nd Tuesday of every month.   If you have just joined Callahan you might want to attend one of these  meetings as we enjoy coffee and pastry, answer your questions and <!--more-->seek  your input on activities.  Please join us on <strong>Tuesday, June 14th from  9:30\u201310:00 am.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">FRIENDS\u2019 MONTHLY LUNCHEON AT CALLAHAN<\/h3>\n<p>LUNCH AT THE CALLAHAN <strong>every last Wednesday of the month.<\/strong> One  seating\/serving at 11:30 a.m.  Doors will close promptly at 11:30 am -   No refunds, No take-outs, No second helpings, No exceptions. The children have been practicing all year and can\u2019t wait to demonstrate their skills and repertoire!<\/p>\n<p><strong>\"The Older Wiser Driver\"<\/strong> - Tuesday, June 14th at 10:30 am. John  Paul, AAA\u2019s Manager of Public Affairs and Traffic Safety will present topics of interest to senior drivers including tips on driving at night and developing strategies on reaching your destination safely.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transportation for Seniors<\/strong> - join Callahan Senior Center and Independent Transportation Network, (ITNAmerica), staff on Thursday, June 16th at 9:30 am to learn about how ITN can help you or a loved one meet their transportation needs.\u00a0 ITNAmerica provides the only  nationwide non-profit, fee for service, senior transportation network in  the country. Open to residents, caregivers and providers.  Refreshments will be provided.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men\u2019s Breakfast<\/strong> - join us Friday, June 17th at 9:00 am for a men\u2019s breakfast and a speaker from the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy in Stow. Only $3.00!<\/p>\n<p><strong>LEGAL CLINIC<\/strong> - The Callahan Center will be offering a Legal Clinic on the 4th Tuesday of every month.  On June 21st  the appointments begin at 9:00 am.  This is a great opportunity to ask Attorney Vera Ochea questions about benefits and other elder care concerns.   Appointments are required.
