FRAMINGHAM, MA<\/strong> - The following information is about activities and services at the Callahan Senior Center for the month of July, 2011.<\/p>\n

NOTICE:<\/strong> Most of the activities, special programs and events listed below require signing up or advance reservation, (unless otherwise noted). Please do so in advance so activities can be scheduled effectively and in the appropriate space.<\/p>\n

New Member Orientation Meetings<\/strong> are held the 2nd Tuesday of every month. If you have just joined Callahan you might want to attend one of these meetings as we enjoy coffee and pastry, answer your questions and seek your input on activities. Please join us on Tuesday, July 19th from 9:30\u201310:00 am.<\/strong><\/p>\n

FRIENDS\u2019 MONTHLY LUNCHEON AT CALLAHAN<\/h3>\n

LUNCH AT THE CALLAHAN <\/strong>every last Wednesday of the month.<\/strong> One seating\/serving at 11:30 a.m. Doors will close promptly at 11:30 am - No refunds, No take-outs, No second helpings, No exceptions. Reservation must be made by the Friday prior to the luncheon. Cost: $4.00 per person.\u00a0 <\/strong> July 27 - Hamburgers & Hot Dogs<\/strong>. Are you ready to get outdoors and have fun?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Dust off those golf clubs and join the Callahan Golf Group<\/strong>. The group plays every Wednesday at 9:00 am<\/strong> at Stoneybrook Golf Course, 70 Valley Road, Southboro. For more information, please call Rosalie Cotton at 508-877-0681 or Muriel Litchfield at 508-309-4777.<\/p>\n

PLAYERS WANTED<\/h3>\n

WANTED! Chair Volleyball Players<\/strong> - We are looking for team players to join us. We play Tuesdays and Fridays. One session is from 12:45-2:15 pm and the other session is from 2:30-3:30 pm. If interested, please call Deb at 508-532-5980, ext. 4110.<\/p>\n

Contract Bridge Players Wanted<\/strong> - A fun group of bridge players is looking to expand its group. We meet each Tuesday, year round. Play is from 9:00 am to 11:30 am. Come alone or bring a friend. You will always get to play.<\/p>\n
