She makes it to order with real cane sugar, Agave syrup or maybe you want to try it with a fresh piece of peach.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Velma&#039;s &quot;Wicked Delicious&quot; Kettle Corn - Framingham Farmer&#039;s Market - August 4, 2011\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XAnFgRhTEZ8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>There's plenty of time to pickup some salad greens, summer squash or pick through the pecks of peppers -- but the aroma of <a title=\"Velma's Wicked Delicious Kettle Corn\" href=\"http:\/\/www.wickeddelicious.com\" target=\"_blank\"><em><strong>Velma's Wicked Delicious Kettle Corn<\/strong><\/em><\/a> is hard to pass up -- why not grab a bag of that too, (it goes great with the Lemonade!)<\/p>\n<p>Even if you really only stopped at the market for some corn or tomatoes -- there's no reason you shouldn't try a Raspberry, Salted Walnut or traditional Vanilla real butter-creme filled Whoopie Pie from the <a title=\"Whoopie Monster\" href=\"http:\/\/www.whoopiemonster.com\" target=\"_blank\"><em><strong>Whoopie Monster<\/strong><\/em><\/a> booth -- better yet, try one of each!<\/p>\n<p>Ok.. we've tempted you enough.\u00a0 Here's a photo slide-show of just some of what you might find at the Framingham Farmer's Market!<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Framingham Farmer&#039;s Market - August 4th, 2011\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/u7qlpam1SAQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>In addition to the farm stand booth, kids crafts and snack foods, each week a different local organization is in the Community Outreach booth.\u00a0 This week <strong>Michelle McElroy<\/strong>, Operations Manager for the <strong><a title=\"Framingham History Center\" href=\"http:\/\/www.framinghamhistory.org\" target=\"_blank\">Framingham History Center<\/a><\/strong> was setup to promote the ongoing 150th Anniversary of the Civil War events which continue thoughout 2011 and into 2012.<\/p>\n<p>There's also a \"Showcase Tent\", this week Steve <em><\/em> Nelson, a.k.a. <em>\"Hedgie\" <\/em>was showcasing his <strong><a title=\"Hedgie's Hot Stuff\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hedgieshotstuff.com\" target=\"_blank\">Hedgie's Hot Stuff<\/a><\/strong> products which include salsa's and spice rubs that are made from locally grown Massachusetts produce.<\/p>\n<p>The Army National Guard was also at the market this week with a military equipped Hummer for kids to check out.<\/p>\n<p>You never know who or what you might see -- so be sure to drop by and check it out!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Eat Fresh!
