November 5th, 2011 - Dinner \/ Dance to benefit the Curtis Family Thanksgiving at The Eagles<\/p><\/div>\n

FRAMINGHAM, MA<\/strong> - For the past 22 years, Mark and Karen Curtis who run The Eagles Grill on Park Street in Downtown Framingham have provided a free Thanksgiving meal to all who need or want one.<\/p>\n

After several local churches, the Salvation Army and other civic organizations canceled their free Thanksgiving dinners for the needy the number of people depending on the Curtis Family Thanksgiving grew considerably.<\/p>\n

Last year well over 1200 free dinners were served at The Eagles -- and\u00a0 hundreds more meals were delivered to local elderly, disabled and shut-ins.<\/p>\n

Until 2010, Mark and Karen never solicited donations, but faced with a growing number of people to feed, when the word went out that needs were growing, several individuals and organizations stepped up to support their efforts.<\/p>\n

One way they raise money to feed so many people is by holding a benefit Dinner\/Dance.<\/p>\n

This year the\u00a0Dinner\/Dance<\/strong> to benefit the Curtis Family Thanksgiving will be held Saturday, November 5th<\/strong>, 2011 starting at 7:00p.m. at The Eagles, 55 Park Street, Framingham, MA.<\/p>\n

Tickets are only $25\/person<\/strong>, (feel free to donate more --all proceeds benefit the Thanksgiving Dinner!) <\/em><\/p>\n

<\/em>Tony Maenzo<\/strong> and <\/em>The Off The Hook Band<\/strong><\/a> will provide the music, all you need to do is show up and dance!<\/p>\n

$10 Raffle Tickets<\/strong> are also being sold to raise money for the Thanksgiving Dinner.
