If you have just joined Callahan you might want to attend one of these meetings as we enjoy coffee and pastry, answer your questions and seek your input on activities.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PROGRAMS &amp; EVENTS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Monday, November 7th at 2:30 pm in Blais Room - <strong>Boomers &amp; Beyond Dance<\/strong> - to benefit the Friends of Callahan. Donation is $2.00. Trained SHINE (Serving Health Information Needs of Elders) volunteers offer free, confidential counseling on all aspects of health insurance to anyone on Medicare. Call your senior center and ask for a SHINE appointment. You can also call 1-800-AGE-INFO (1-800-243-4636), then press or say 3. Once you get the SHINE answering machine, leave your name and number. A volunteer will call you back, as soon as possible. For assistance from a Medicare customer service representative 24 hours\/day, 7 days\/week, call 1-800-MEDICARE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~<\/p>\n<p><strong>Heart for the Holidays<\/strong> is a 6-week Bereavement Support Group geared especially for those who have experienced loss of a loved one.
