{"id":88,"date":"2009-03-16T22:35:45","date_gmt":"2009-03-17T03:35:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/framingham.com\/wordpress\/?p=88"},"modified":"2010-04-05T04:01:24","modified_gmt":"2010-04-05T09:01:24","slug":"a-sign-of-spring-in-framingham","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.framingham.com\/news\/2009\/03\/16\/business\/a-sign-of-spring-in-framingham\/","title":{"rendered":"A Sign of Spring in Framingham"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>One of the perennial signs of spring in Framingham\u00a0is the opening of River's Edge Garden Center on Auburn St. Ext., off Edgell Road.<\/p>\n<p>Every March we get a lift when we receive an email from Jenna at River's Edge announcing her opening and ordering her banner ad for the season.<\/p>\n<p>This year River's Edge will be open from April 3rd through the end of July.<\/p>\n<p>Whenever we need a gift during the spring and summer, we tend to head to River's Edge.\u00a0 The prices are reasonable\u00a0and then some\u00a0and the smiling staff will add a bow, foil around the pots, and\u00a0some tissue paper to dress up the plants.\u00a0 The plants are always very healthy, last a long time,\u00a0and are abundant with blooms.<\/p>\n<p>There's hardly a Mother's Day or Memorial Day when we don't buy some flowers at River's Edge.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>See you in April, Jenna!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One of the perennial signs of spring in Framingham\u00a0is the opening of River&#8217;s Edge Garden Center on Auburn St. Ext., off Edgell Road.
