FRAMINGHAM, MA<\/strong> -- Here's what's happening at the CALLAHAN SENIOR CENTER IN APRIL 2009:<\/p>\n

Red Sox \u2018Opening Day\u2019 Celebration! Monday, April 6th, 2009 at 12:00 pm at Callahan. Please sign up at Callahan Center no later than Thursday, April 2nd. Donation of $2.00 is required when you sign up.<\/p>\n

\u201cAcupuncture\u201d with Carl Stimson, Licensed Acupuncturist on Monday, April 27th, 2009 at 10:00 am at Callahan. Please call the Center to sign up at 508 532 5980, no later than Wednesday, April 22, 2009. \u201cDiabetes Discussion\u201d on Wednesday, April 15 at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm at Callahan Center. Two-part \u201cEstate Planning Series\u201d presented by Betsy Soule & Vera Ochea of SMOC Tuesdays, April 104th & 21st, 2009 from 10:00\u201411:30.<\/p>\n

The Callahan Center offers a number of courses including Introduction to the PC, Intermediate PC, Internet and Email, MS Word, and Photoshop. All are 4-day a month courses and the donation is $20.00.<\/p>\n

Bereavement Support Group: Mondays, April 6, 13 & 27 at 10:00 am. \u2018Better Breathers\u2019 Support Group: Wednesday, April 8 at 12:00 noon. Caregivers\u2019 Support Group: Tuesday, April 14 at 10:30 am. Diabetes Support Group: Tuesday, April 28 at 10:00 am.<\/p>\n

Grandparent Support Group: Wednesday, April 29 at 7:00 pm. Please call the Center to confirm in the event of a change. Low Vision Group: Friday, April 17 at 1:00 pm.
\nMassage Therapy: Thursdays, April 2 & 16 (by appt. only). Parkinson\u2019s Support Group: Tuesday, April 21 at 1:30 pm. Podiatry: Wed., April 8 with Dr. John 12:30 - 4:00 pm & Wed., April 22, with Dr. Lukoff from 1:00 - 3:30 pm (by appt. only). Stroke Survivors\u2019 Support Group: Monday, April 6 at 1:00 pm. BLOOD PRESSURE CLINIC - Wednesdays, April 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29 from 9:30\u201412:30 pm.<\/p>\n

Looking for Pinochle Players to play on Tuesdays at 9:30 am at the Callahan Center; Duplicate Bridge group meets on Tuesday afternoons from 12:15 to 3:45 pm; contract Bridge players meet each Tuesday, year-round. Check-in time is 8:45 am.<\/p>\n
