FRAMINGHAM, MA<\/strong> -- Here's what's happening at the Callahan in May, 2009:<\/p>\n

\u201cJewels of Framingham\u201d to be honored -- If you are a Framingham resident, 90 years of age and older, you are invited to the \u201cJewels of Framingham\u201d celebration on Friday, May 15, 2009 from 11:15 am to 1:30 pm at the Callahan Center. Lunch and entertainment will be provided. Please contact Lorraine Fournier at 508-532 5980, ext.4102 by Friday, May 1, 2009.<\/p>\n

Wednesday, May 13, 2009 \u2014 1:00 pm at Callahan Center \u201cDiagnosis of Glaucoma & Treatment Options\u201d<\/p>\n

SENIOR WEEK PROGRAMS:<\/p>\n

Monday, May 4th from 9:00 am 12:00 pm - \u201cFREE Haircuts and Manicures\u201d with the Cosmetology Students from Keefe Technical High School.<\/p>\n

Tuesday, May 5th at 11:00 am - SERVE Presentation.<\/p>\n

Wednesday, May 6th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm \u201cOpen House\u201d at Callahan.<\/p>\n

Wednesday, May 6th at 1:00 pm - \u2018Special Bingo\u2019.<\/p>\n

Thursday, May 7th from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm - Cameron Middle School Chamber Orchestra will perform at the Callahan Center under the direction of Christine Dupuis.<\/p>\n

Heritage Gallery is now under new management. Cheryl Cook is the manager of the Gallery and a Framingham resident. Please join us in welcoming her to the Center!<\/p>\n

INDOOR YARD SALE at Callahan Center on Friday, June 12, 2009 from 10:00 am - 1:30 pm. Start your holiday shopping early and pick up some unique items at reduced prices. We will have tables with items for 25 cents, 50 cents, $1.00, $2.00 and up! All proceeds go to the Friends of Callahan Building Fund.<\/p>\n
