- What hours are Town Offices open?
Most Town Offices are open from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, every weekday, (except holidays).
- Where do I register to vote?
In Town you may register with the Registrar of Voters in the Town Clerk's Office of the Memorial Building.
(Note: Massachusetts residents may also register to vote when renewing drivers license).
- How can I get a copy of a birth certificate for someone born in Framingham?
Birth Certificates may be requested from the Framingham Town
Clerk either in person, by US Mail, by email, or using Town Hall's automated
voice mail system.
Fees are;
- $2.00 for a short form (name & date of birth)
- $6.00 for a long form for births prior to 1987
- $5.00 for long form for births thereafter
VISA / MasterCard add $2.00 handling fee

- Where do I get a marriage license?
A marriage license may be obtained by filing an application with the Town
Clerk.
- Where do I get a dog license?
Dog licenses must be obtained by registering with the Town
Clerk between January 2nd and February 28th of each year, ( more info...)
- Are there town laws regarding bicylces?
The Town of Framingham offers bicycle registration through the Police Department.

- How can I get a parking spot in the Framingham Commuter Rail garage?
Contact the Town
Owned Buildings Deprtment, they maintain the waiting list for the town
managed garage and parking-lots around the train station.
