FRAMINGHAM, MA - The Framingham Health Department will be offering influenza (FLU) vaccine to Framingham residents. Flu shots and flu mist will be available. There is no charge for vaccination, but please remember to bring your health insurance and/or Medicare card with you.
FLU Clinics will be held at the following locations, on the following dates:
- At the McCarthy School, 8 Flagg Drive, Saturday October 26th, 2013 from 10:00am until 2:00pm for residents ages 6 months and up.

United Way of Tri-County
FRAMINGHAM, MA - With school out, some kids are left wondering what to do for lunch.
In cooperation with the USDA Summer Food Service Program, The United Way of Tri-County will be providing free lunches to children throughout summer vacation.

Pearl Street Cupboard & Cafe, 10 Pearl Street, Downtown Framingham.
FRAMINGHAM, MA - After months of stalled permitting, the Pearl Street Cupboard & Cafe is slated to open this week in the former Registry of Motor Vehicles, (RMV), building at 10 Pearl Street in Downtown Framingham.
Operated by the United Way of Tri-County, the primary function will be to serve as a food pantry which will provide a week's worth of food, (once a month), to those in need.
In addition to the food pantry operation, the facility will will house a "Clothing Corner" and "Book Nook" which will provide donated [gently used] childrens' clothing and books to parents and caregivers who need those items.
