Eligibility: This contest is offered only in the United States and its territories and only to legal U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age. The contest is sponsored by framingham.com, PO Box 3038, Framingham, MA 01705. By entering this contest, you agree to these official rules and the decisions of framingham.com which are final and binding.

How to enter: Pick up a special giveaway bag at events held in Framingham. Look through the bag's contents for the "lucky number" notice. Check the number against the number posted on framingham.com

framingham.com is not responsible for lost, delayed, illegible, torn, mutilated, or misdirected entries.

How to claim a prize: If your lucky number matches one posted on framingham.com, please contact us in writing, by email or by phone for validation and to arrange to receive your prize.

Determination and award of prizes: Winners will be determined by turning in a valid lucky number. Odds of winning are approximately 10 out of 1000. When a valid lucky number is turned in to framingham.com, a prize will be awarded either by mail or in person.

Prizes: All prizes will be awarded except in the eventuality that a prize donor goes out of business, or for some other reason is unable to fulfill the prize. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All taxes on prizes are the responsibility of winners.

For a list of contest winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to framingham.com, PO Box 3038, Framingham, MA 01705-3038 by Sept. 30, 2003. For a copy of official rules, mail a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the above address for receipt by Oct. 31, 2003.

Hold harmless/Disputes: By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to release and hold harmless framingham.com and affiliates and agents from any and all liability with respect to any prize. Any disputes will be resolved in a court in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. The validity, construction, and performance of this agreement entered into by contest entrants shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as if entered into and fully performed in such state.
