Charity Breakfast and Food Drive (at Framingham Masonic Hall)
The Monthly Charity Breakfast and Food Drive will be held on Saturday, the 1st of September, 2012 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, at the Framingham Masonic Hall, 404 Concord Street, Framingham. Pancakes, eggs, bacon, and sausages are available for $4.00 per person. Proceeds go to Masonic Angels charities. Collected food donations go to local food pantries. All are welcome.

Feeding challenges evolve as your child grows. Come attend a lively discussion on nutrition for the toddler and preschooler. The key to a healthy diet is variety, balance, and moderation. Topics that will be discussed include meal and snack patterns, portion sizes, picky eaters, and healthy breakfast and lunch ideas for daycare or home. There will be time to exchange ideas so bring your questions and concerns. Presented by Linda Ghiron, MS, RD, LDN. Linda is a licensed and registered dietitian with experience counseling infants, children. She works at Thom Charles River Early Intervention Program in Waltham, providing nutrition services to children from birth to 3 years of age; and has a private nutrition consulting business.
