Description: The FHS Wellness Center has a fully equipped and air-conditioned fitness facility that is open to Framingham residents for just $20.00 per month. The facility is open to community members Monday through Thursday from 6pm – 8pm and Saturday mornings from 8am-10am. It is located in the Athletics wing at FHS (enter via the gym doors and turn right). The Wellness Center boasts 23 pieces of cardiovascular equipment, free weights, 19 weight machines, as well as a knowledgeable and friendly staff.
