Framingham Seeks Bids to Remove Trees from Edgell Grove Cemetery

[photo] Edgell Grove CemeteryFRAMINGHAM, MA - The City of Framingham is requesting bid pricing for the removal and stump grinding of 131 (one hundred and thirty-one) trees in the Edgell Grove Cemetery. In addition, there are 3 (three) trees that will need significant pruning.

Bids are for a lump sum cost for pruning, removal and stump grinding, including the disposal of all chips and wood materials shall be included.

Bid documents will be available on Wednesday February 3, 2021 at 10:00 A.M.  and can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal.

Companies wishing to bid need to log on and register your company to obtain the bid documents.  All bid shall be submitted through Vendor Registry and are due on Wednesday February 17, 2021 at 10:00 A.M.

There is a mandatory pre-site visit Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at 2pm.  Parties will meet at the Edgell Grove Cemetery office, (53 Grove Street, Framingham, MA 01702).

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
