Was President Obama's Uncle Omar Arrested near the Chicken Bone Saloon?

Was it actually President Obama's Uncle Omar Arrested near the Chicken Bone Saloon on August 24th, 2011?

FRAMINGHAM, MA - "The Australian", an Australian newspaper is reporting that Onyango Obama, the driver of the SUV who nearly hit FPD Officer Val Krishtal and was subsequently arrested for OUI near the Chicken Bone Saloon in Downtown Framingham on August 24th is Barack Obama's uncle.

News reports also say that Onyango Obama is being held for deportation as an illegal immigrant.

The Australian article claims that the suspect in Norman Miller's MetroWest Daily News article "Cops: Illegal immigrant drove drunk in Framingham", (August 26, 2011), is in-fact President Obama's long lost "Uncle Omar".

Hurricane Irene took down utility poles and trees across Framingham on August 28, 2011.

FRAMINGHAM, MA - After forming in the Bahamas on August 20th, 2011, then building to hurricane strength and tracking north/northwest along the eastern seaboard of the United States, Hurricane Irene struck Framingham, MA on the morning of August 28th, 2011.

1st Annual Cochituate State Park Fishing Derby, August 27th, 2011 (for kids 14 and under).

FRAMINGHAM, MA - The MA Dept. of Conservation & Recreation and the MassWildlife Angler Education Program is sponsoring the "1st Annual Cochituate State Park Fishing Derby", Saturday, August 27th, 2011 from 8:00a.m. 'til 11:00a.m.

The derby is open to children ages 14 and under and will be held at the Boat Ramp at Cochituate State Park on Rt. 30, (just over the Framingham/Natick town line, to the left of the park entrance).

All children must be supervised by an adult.

Prizes will be awarded for biggest fish, smallest fish, and most fish caught!

Free Electronics Recycle Event for Framingham Residents

Framingham, MA - Electronics Recycle Event - Wednesday, August 31st, 2010 - Noon to 8:00pm

FRAMINGHAM, MA - On Wednesday, August 31, 2011, from 12:00 Noon until 8:00pm, the Town of Framingham Recycling Center is holding a *Free! Electronics Recycle Event.

Framingham residents can drop off "anything with a power cord or a power button", (tv sets, computers, kitchen appliances, home entertainment equipment, computers, monitors, vacuum cleaners -- if it has a power cord or power button, they'll take it).

Residents do not have to have a recycle center sticker for this event, but will be asked to produce a drivers license showing they are a Framingham resident.

*As this is being promoted as a "free" event, the Recycling Center will waive the normal $10 permit fee for residents who donate (1) non-perishable food item for each electronic item dropped-off.

The food items will be donated to Framingham-based food pantries.

Electronics will be recycled by E. L. Harvey & Sons, Inc.

The Framingham Recycling Center is located 255 Mt. Wayte Ave.,  (the building which was formerly the town incinerator is located between Franklin St. and Fountain St., across from the Juvenile Court, near Farm Pond).
